DISCOVERY - BAD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Bad, bad service from Discovery insurance. I was in an motor accident in August 2019 with my Mercedes Benz Vito. Discovery ask Net Access to do a damage Quote. They overprice the damage included damages not causes by the accident as well as quote for news parts in cases were the damaged can be fixed. We get a well known panel beater as well us a suspension specialist to do a quote the damage is approximately R40 000-00 less than Net Access and it is not needed at all to write the vehicle off. Most of the damaged can be repaired, I did ask for the repair of the vehicle but Discovery refuse and stuck with the quote of Net Access. They said I must let the vehicle fixed on own cost and when it is fixed we must do an wheel alignment, after the wheel alignment they wil decided if they will pay for the damage or not. Is this fair, this is bad service. The question can be ask why did they stuck with the quote of Net Access? If I as customer is happy and satisfied to get the vehicle fixed for the lower quote but Discovery don't want to give approval. I am stuck without a vehicle if the assist on the higher quote the vehicle will be written off and a less amount will be paid out. Their service is not in favour of their clients but we feel the take decisions in favour Net Access.
