Discovery - BAD Service, High Premiums, Gimmick Point System

Discovery keeps putting their premiums up without any additional value add, claiming you can get "points" which is just a gimmick. After shopping around I found Discovery to have the highest premiums with terrible service. They can't even respond to e-mails. After I gave them notification to cancel my policy with Discovery, they continued to deduct premiums for months thereafter, resulting in double premiums being deducted by them and the new proffered insurance company. Reporting them to the Insurance Ombudsman, who seem to have thousands of complaints against Discovery
