Discovery bad service and ridiculous increases

So no Claims yet we get hit with a 21 percent increase. Then we try and cancel to go elsewhere, pathetic service and they are not confirming. We emailed and yet they phone and then transfer us an no one answers. We have or had contents , car insurance along with medical aid for the family and fixed deposites, for many years and this is how they treat you.
