Discovery bad service and agents not willing to help you
Good day Hallo Peter,
I did my road safety check at Tiger Wheel and Tire and was supposed to get a free screen protector for my and my daughter's phone with no luck although it is a benefit that I'm suppose to get, Had a similar issue last year.
I phone Discovery like 6 times(on that day). Two of the times I hold on for about half an hour and with no luck of getting helped or someone willing to help to resolve my issue .The other 4 of 5 times I where cut off. I you ask them to call you back and they just say it is a call centre and they can't. If you ask for a contact person or a person's e-mail address that you can contact, they just say contact their call centre. That is the easy way out and with doing so, NOBODY is personally willing to take on your case and/or to be responsible to sort out your problem.
It is almost a week now and I'm still trying to sort out the problem. Phoned today Mr Stiaan Swan and he said my profile just gives an error on the system and he was also not able to help me. He said Discovery service rating is getting better and better and hallo Peter. How is this possible with this kind of service????? Discovery is getting more and more pathetic by the day. I will nor recommend ANYWONE to do business with them.
I have my assurance with them, my annuity, life cover and medical and every month my debit order goes of on the second. that does not count for anything with them.
It's no 10 days later AND STILL WAITING FOR MY ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED!!!!!
Thama Masina phoned me and was very eager to resolve my issue, just to find myself 9 days later and STILL WAITING.
Like other persons to see this. Discovery for a big company like yours, you are losing business due to the fact that you are most of the time not capable to resolve my problems. Seems to me you only phoned me cause you on Hallo Peter. Hope to hear from you soonest.
