Discovery bad service

Phoned on 2nd February to explain why payment for month did not go through told them to debit my account which they said they would in 48hrs in which they didn’t on the 16 of February get an email saying my insurance has been cancelled after which I phoned and got a reference***)and they stated they would pick up the money in 48hrs again but I don’t have insurance for this time but I made arrangements with them and they did not stick to it
