Discovery bad service

The one star above is overated. I had a foce entrance to my garage in Newcastle on the 27.10.2020, I send a e-mail to Discovery Insure the next day and got a refference number, it will take two business days to come back to me, nothing happened? I then send another mail, got another reference number. Nothing happens after two days. I sens another mail, got a third reference number and phone Discovery insure. A lady by the name of Ntekane Moeng said she will help, fouth reference number. Only on the 4.11.2020 I wastold that a assesment has been arranged on my building on the 5.11.2020 I got the same sms again? On Friday I mail the discovery employee Peter Rankhathali (*** to ask what the proges is, his mail come back undelivered? This is the first time I ever had to battle so much? I will keep Discovery responsible should anything disapear out of my garage. Real bad bad service!
