My 3rd problem with Discovery is they charged me for Building Insurance for 2024 October, November, December, 2025 January, when the house was transfered to me only in February 2025, i have requested refund for October 1st debit on 06 November to my agent who advised that he has submitted a request for refund, but i was not refunded, 22 November i informed him i have not been refunded and his reply was he will follow up. I still got debited for months November, December and January but everytime i queried and asked to cancel this insurance nothing was done. 3rd January i requested for an email address so i could request for the transfer myself my agent said he will send to me once back in office and I'm still waiting. "Good day Hafzal. Hope u well. Please can the debits for months October, November, December n January be re-imbursed as when i last spoke to your assistant she told me that once i move in she will put in a request not to debit me for the months that i was not supposed to". This was on 05 March and still no refund and no reply. So Discovery owes me 4 months of building insurance.
