Discovery and Netstar - efficient and professional

My husband and son was in an armed ******* yesterday (24 September 2019). My car was taken as one of the get-away vehicles. When my husband phoned me and told me, I immediately contacted our insurance broker, Sanette, from discovery. Within 3 minutes, Vuyokazi Leku, from Discovery contacted me wanting to know if they are ok and asking questions. She phoned twice after that. The next call I received was from Netstar telling me they found my vehicle and they gave me the number of the gentleman from Discovery that was with my vehicle. Through all of this, Vuyokazi and all the other people where extremely efficient and professional,
