DISCOVERY AND ITS SPECIALITY - COULDN"T GIVE A TOSS ATTITUDE

I have been a client of Discovery Insure for some years now. I moved recently and Discovery sent me an email asking a) if the house was fire retardant, b) if the house has been treated against termites and c) whether there is bush or shrubs around the house. I rep**** via email answering YES to all questions. Of course I heard nothing more from Discovery so I called again. The agent picked up my email and promised to contact me within two hours. Nothing. This morning I called again. The underwriting department states that this house has been "let". Well yes it has. I am the lessee. Onto other questions. "Do you share the house with anyone?" I dont but it sweet ****** all to do wth Discovery if I do. Then the agent was particularly interested as to why my 26-year-old daughter does not live with me and lives in Saint Francis Bay. ANSWERS DISCOVERY! I have been without insurance for 21 days due to your inefficiency. Just make the phone call and I will cancel my policy (Discovery Health and Insurance) for both my daughter and myself and take my business elsewhere! I am nothing short of disgusted!
