Discovery insure is basically a company that takes your hard earned sweat and tears and gives you a big f#_# you in return I've had an incident on the 24th I was driving from work heading home . The area that it happened in is a high risk zone I did not stop all I was thinking of is going home safe and sound. I was alone and scared so in return they rejected my claim. Cause I did not stop and assess the damages caused to my car I'm no machanic to assess the damages to my car I've even told them that my car was always serviced by a rmi garage and never had any issues with my car . I've worked hard to look after my car cause it's the only source of transport for me I've paid a premium of R1350 pm for more than a year I've made some hard sacrifices ensuring that each and every month a payment was ****. And in return expected them to look out for me in my need of help. All I wanted from discovery is for them to help me fix my car.
