Discovery accident claim taking forever.

In lockdown, to be exact, 8 April 2020, my fiancé and I went to food *****s market and meat world, long story short, on our way home... We stop at a red robot, like any driver would do, just when the light turn green, just when we started to pull away, BOOM, the other guy didn't even stop, full force in us... We are not insured by discovery, and due to lockdown we had to cancel our insurance... But the guy is insured by discovery and when we got everything sorted, we had to call to claim to fix our bakkie, but when I called... I got put through to one person to the next, phone number after phone number, and no one ever helped. So I called the guy who drove in us, and he gave me this guys number, Johan, and Johan told me, I should call, but then this pregnant lady (ME) got very mad, and told him I want an email address and explained that calling didn't work and and and... Got an email address and nothing, still to this day 5 July 2020, Nothing!!! Our bakkie is our bread and butter.!!

Can't Discovery just tell us WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? WHY DOESN'T ANYONE KNOW WHO WE SHOULD CONTACT??? Even the police report says that the guy was driving 60 - 90km/h when driving in us, we were driving not even 5 km/h... So who should fix it???? Who is the guilty party??
