Discovery

Renier Coetzee was my Broker @ Discovery, I had submitted a Glass claim and Auto Boys Menlyn was the approved service provider. They replaced my BMW 220i windscreen with a **** "Grand Mark" windscreen and to add insult to Injury they used a 1 Series windscreen as a replacement. To this day Discovery cannot provide answers as to why they allowed Auto Boys Menlyn to fit a **** incorrect windscreen, I do not want Discovery to suffer for what their employee has done BUT the fact that he was no reprimanded in any way and NO consequences for his actions speaks volumes. For those who has Renier and his PA ( Terrible, Unprofessional woman!) I suggest you watch them very closely when submitting a claim so that what happened to me does not happen to YOU!
