I have the nost frustrating experoence with discovery. There is no way to get to speak to a human being, none of their services applies to my query and the ony way to go forward is to join a char, which again is a machine. U have been debited twice for my insurance and need to reverse it asap, !!! Not a happy chappie at all.

He is the only one who asked for a copy of the statement (a picture is worth a thousand words) and within half an hours had the debit to be reversed.
