Discovery 3rd party claim incorrect quotation approved

I submitted my 3rd party claim with the 2 quotes after discovery told me to submit 2 quotes. The 1st qoute was R44935.07 from Alberton panel beaters spray and paint and the 2nd quote was R30966.74 from Alberante panel beaters. Then they assigned my claim to their consultant Thabiso Twala, who ailed me to set an appointment with the assessor from Net assess to meet at Alberante panel beaters. The assessor came and assess and submitted her report and on Friday I received the email from Discovery notifying me of the approved quote, but only to realise that the approve quote and panel beater is non of the ones I have submitted. Then I call and emailed to get mo info on why was the quote and the panel beaters changed, not one of those I have submitted. I got no response from Thabiso or Discovery after trying many times to contact them. On Saturday went to the approved panel beater to get info and understand what is the way forward before signing any documents to release the funds from quote. When I get to Randow panel beater as the one approved. They looked at the quote and went to assess my car for damages only to realise that I am under quoted.
