Discovery 3rd party bull ****

*** claim number. On the 12th of Sep this year while stand still at a red robot a car crashed into me, damaged my car in the front and back. Their client was insured with Dicovery insurance. He was wrong he admitted infont of my workers who were in my car that he was wrong, he was diabetic, and he just came from the doctor. Evidently the paramedics also infont(videos and pics evident) tried to level his sugar. I have filled everything with these guys and their response is that it was not their clients fault because they say he blacked out which was not his fault. A lie while they know quite well that their client is diabetic and Is a Hazzard to other drivers on the road.

At Discovery I dealt with an agent called Themba Mkhabela who was quite rude and impolite. And offended me becouse he speaks legal language of which he thought i did not understand, belittled me to be honest. Eventually spoke to his team leader lady called Kayleighs who said they relook at the case.

In all fairness all these factors can be proved in the court of law, the undue hardship they have caused iny life, loss of income as I was earing with my car, the medical bills me and workers have incurred as a result of this. If anyone has any suggestions I very open to them. But as for Discovery as such a repupative company I am a apouled and disappointed. And if matter is not resolved amicably they will hear from my lawyers and trust me I will claim for every single I owed.
