I had an accident on Friday morning, 27/09/19 my first accident, that was my fault, my first claim with Discovery. I received a phone call from Discovery on Monday afternoon, to take my vehicle in to there offices, for a assessment, close to my house, on Tuesday, took about 30minutes. Got a call on Wednesday, confirming the claim, and the payout will reflect in my bank account in 48hours. no hassle, no issues. I am not easily impress, but Donovan Hattingh from Discovery did a great job.
