DiscoverInsure has my business for another year

Mathibedi Chueu from the Retentions department handles my query regarding the premium increase of close to 9%. For the consultant and the way he handles my query it would be 10/10. He definitely convinced me to stay with Discovery for another year. What I do HATE is that DiscoverInsure would increase my premiums by 9% during a year long lock down when my cars and being driven a whole lot less. Doesnt make any sense that discoveryInsure would increase premiums when other Insurers are NOT following suit.
