Discovering Their Bad Customer Service!
Had an incident at the mall where someone bumped my car with a trolley. Logged the claim via the app (no one called) received a message to take my car for assessment on Monday 09:00 (no one called) and till today (4 days later) I have not received any feedback. Stay away. Stay far away.
