Discoveries insure's lack of communication

It has been almost 3 months since my 3rd party claim was given to Discovery and my car is still not fixed. The Consultant (Thabiso Manaswe Twala Legal Liabilities Advisor - Discovery Insure), has failed even to open the email sent to him with all the relevant documents sent to him two weeks ago. There seems to be no internal communication or a message to acknowledge they have received my docs. To add insult to injury, Discovery call center calls me every day to ask if I want insurance from them. Certain companies should stick to what they are good at. Clearly, car insurance is not one of their strong points.
