DISCOVERED ANOTHER UGLY SIDE OF DISCOVERY

Discovery has a good reputation and has been of great help when we needed help except for this one occasion. My wife's car got involved in an accident on the 22nd February 2024 and was towed to an Auto Repair Shop( Flora Auto Clinic) it remained there despite the fact that the airbags were deployed Discovery Insure felt that the car was repairable and couldn't write off the vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle though the door was replaced cannot be re programmed and the airbags are irreparable. No one can reprogram the airbags and 6 months Discovery Insure has shown no interest in assisting us.I am giving them a 1 star because I fail to understand why they are dilly dallying on this issue and yet I an continuously paying the monthly instalments & their monthly premiums. What a let down by one of the biggest insurance company whom I have always sung their praises to anyone who cared to listen.
