Discover repairs with Second Hand PARTS on Prestigious Cars

I joined Discovery Insure a few months back. Was impressed with there marketing and benefits. I recently had my first accident and had to claim. This entire process from the start has been so poor. Started with 3 claim numbers, Consultant changing 4 times. Took several calls to chase them up. Ignored my request to have my preferred choice of Panel Beater carry out the repair. Received the quote to repair my Audi Q5 with several cosmetic parts being SECOND HAND. I was told your car is out of warranty so we "have the right" to choose choice of parts.

There is nothing i could do further. Now my car is at a Panel Beater (not of my choice), being repaired with 3 major cosmetic parts which are second hand and all this is on my pristine Audi Q5.

I just got shut down... After this entire poor experience i will be moving my other 2 vehicles, household contents, portable possessions etc away from them after this horrid experience.

Discovery Insure - Impressive until you claim..... I am so angry.... DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID...
