Discover PATHETICSURANCE

I have taken out a COMPREHENSIVE buildings, contents and car insurance with DISCOVERY. I LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT COMPREHENSIVE. Submitted a claim for plumbing. Discovery declined my claim based on that i do not have maintenance on my policy. So can Discovery explain this???
