Discover No Claim
From claiming to the work being done it was pretty straight forward. Process was not complicated. Although they took time to make payment of my car hire benefit which was literally only paid when I was a day away from receiving my vehicle back from the repairs. Fortunately the Risk Waiver also assisted me as I had no excess to pay which makes it so much less stressful in such events.
