Discover insure purple team is useless
Useless. Dealing with people the cannot comprehend your issue. You pay premium and get left with talking to call center amateurs. They cannot even call you back when a call gets cut. What makes matters worse is, I am a purple client, but realized that this is only a gimmick to charge you more. Really appaling service.
