DISCOVER INSURE - OUTSTANDING SERVICE - ANDRE ENGELBRECHT (Direct Claims Consultant)
I recently had an insurance claim with Discovery Insure.
The claim was received and logged by Andre Engelbrecht (Direct Claims Consultant – General Non-Motor Claims - Discovery Insure).
From onset the services were absolutely AMAZING! I was dealt with professionally, knowledgeable, courteous and even thou under lockdown Andre kept me informed every step of the way!.
Not once did I feel like just another number!
Andre was amazing! Going to miss our chats, Asking how one's family was, etc.
I wish Andre every success in the DISCOVERY Family. He is an asset to the company!
WILL NEVER CHANGE MY INSURANCE PROVIDER AGAIN!
