Discover Insure is pathetic

I’m with Discovery Insure for a couple of years now and I’m still asking myself why. This insurer’s customer service is very poor. They deduct premiums every month from my bank account but when I claim than they have the world’s excuses. This is the 2nd time that they tell me that they don’t have a service provider in Bloemfontein for a leakage. The problem is that they like to appoint *********** people and list them as their service providers.
