DISCOVER INSURE GIVES SHOCKING EXCUSUES FOR MY NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE

On the 25 February 2020 I was in an accident whereby I could have been seriously hurt or even ****ed as I was charged down by 4 taxi's after one of them knocked into my car pushing me into the next lane on the freeway. Fortunately, I managed to get away and drive to the police station where I reported the incident & stayed for a while. When I got home, I called DISCOVER INSURE and report the accident and asked why nobody called me or came out to my assistance as I have the IMPACT ALERT DETECTOR installed in my vehicle. AFTER HAVING TO FOLLOW UP ALL THE TIME & REPEATEDLY EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED I received the following SHOCKING EXCUSES: - MAYBE THE TAXI DIDNT KNOCK YOUR CAR HARD ENOUGH TO ALERT US. - MAYBE THE UNIT DOESNT ALERT IF YOU ARE KNOCKED ON THE SIDE OF YOUR CAR - DISCOVERY DOESNT MANAGE THE ALTERS - ONE DISCOVERY PRESON GOT BACK TO ME & SAID THAT THE UNIT IS NOT WORKING & THAT DISCOVERY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME 6 MONTHS AGO TO HAVE IT REPLACED. MEANING THAT DISCOVERY KNEW THE UNIT DOESNT WORK. - I THEN GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM DISCOVERY TELLING ME THAT THE UNIT DOES WORK BUT NOT SURE WHY NOBODY RESPONDED. Every time I was told that someone else would call me and every time, I got an excuse. - Nobody even asked me if I am ok or need assistance. Clearly DISCOVERY INSURE doesn't CARE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. So, for 6 month DISCOVERY INSURE chargers me for a unit which doesn't even work. Last week they sent a technician to install a new unit and the technician arrived not knowing what he must do and with NO new unit. To date after MORE THAN A MONTH I am still waiting for DISCOVERY INSURE to get back to me regarding: - If the unit was replaced or will be replaced? - If the unit works? - A valid reason as to why DISCOVERY INSURE was not there for me. - The goods that was damaged in my boot due to the impact. I am extremely disappointed to say the least at how DISCOVERY INSURE has handle this and treated me.

If these are the excuses & treatment that DISCOVER INSURE are told to give clients, then their advertising is false, and they take NO responsibility even if your life is in danger.

I will continue to wait for DISCOVERT INSURE to get back to me & resolve this issue in a professional manner.
