I was finally assisted by a very nice gentleman with an issue I had been having. I was at the verge of moving all the insurance plan I had with discovery which are Car, Phone and home insurance to another company but I was very happy with the assistance I got from Kastello Govender who is in the Retentions department. My trust and faith In discovery insure has been restored and thanks to him. With the customer service he gave me when others said it wouldn’t be possible he deserve a higher position and a raise!
