Discover Insure Claim

I'm so irritated having to call the insurance everyday following up on the status update of my claim. The insurance and repairer are going back and forth on pricing for the whole month, I logged a claim on the 3rd of June 2024, and it was authorized on the 12th of June 2024. I collected my courtesy vehicle on the 14th of June 2024. Up until now the insurance and the repairer are still discussing the pricing and AVIS wants his car back(courtesy) , I'm getting nostop calls from AVIS . Everytime I call the office now, they only promise to call me back. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW!!!
