Discover Insure Car Disappointment

I'm very disappointed in Discover Insure.

My car broke down on Friday and as a result I can't drive it. I called Discovery Insure and submitted a claim for a request to uplift my car and take it into a car assessment of which I was told that my car would be collected on Friday.

It now Monday and I have had no communication from Discovery Insure to update me on my claim , instead I have to follow up and call only to be told to call again within an hour.

I have now been told that my car will be uplifted tomorrow (Tuesday) by COB.

Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of urgency.
