I am so disgusted with the service Calls don’t get answered. Last week I sat trying to get help after being put on hold waiting fir transfers. No less than and hour at a time . And this happed 4 times in one week . Emails s to your claims handler never gets a reply No information forthcoming. My husband once got through., and the person told him he was being frivolously, how dare you allow your persons to speak to clients like this . I am seriously thinking of changing my insurer. Something is not fight at discovery insure as I have heard similar complaints from other people .
