Discover Insurance - changed my life for the worse

Joined DI for motor and contents insurance. ****** and submitted claim with reports and evidence<br> Assessor sent to investigate (3 items queried on list, details given) Requested to write a letter of confession for claiming for goods of higher value even though supporting quotes from the supplier submitted with claim<br> Claim rejected, all insurance cancelled and labelled *********. Used letter I wrote used as evidence for rejection! Entrapment? Financed cars uninsured!<br> Approached Ombudsman with all documentation including incorrectly drafted letters to me with incorrect claim numbers, dates and items I never claimed for.<br> Various communications followed with request made for recordings of the day with assessor by Ombudsman.<br> All info from my claim lost on assessors pc and so falls outside of ombudmans remit. I must take Discovery to court?! What about backing vital info on a server<br> I lose all premiums, sell vehicles to protect finances, move to smaller house, managing British Wifes depression, still trying to get her paperwork in order. <br> To date 2 calls from call centre offering me the same insurance.<br> Absolutely no remorse from Discovery - unforgiveable.<br> Avoid at all cost
