My car broke down on the R300 in Cape Town on Sunday afternoon. I had my entire family in the car and we felt quite vulnerable, but that vulnerability was very short-lived thanks to the outstanding service from Jolene Scholtz at Discovery Insure! Within 20 minutes of my initial call, Jolene sent us a towing vehicle and a car to take my family and car safely home. Jolene kept in contact the whole way and also called after we arrived home to make sure we were all safe. THANK YOU JOLENE!! For such incredibly fast and caring service!!
