Discover does it again......

I have been trying to contact discovery since the 07/01/2021 . The calls are being forwarded and not answered. I've emailed them on the 07/01/2020 and received an automated reply with a ref no.*** which there was no response to thereafter. I resent the email with the ref number on the 09/02/2021 and received a call today from Leon Peters who called to explain their departmental process which does not answer my question. The link between discover and Bosch does not exist as explained to me by the Bosch Service Center. I am disappointing as this was not what I signed up for.
