Discouraged by Discovery

on 27 August 2019, I received email with update on insurance review of premiums increase for 1 October 2019 of about R500. I called in indicating that I cannot afford the reviewed premium. There were also changed that I needed to effect to my policy. Calvin attended to my call, we did the changes and reviewed the policy, the review then saw that the premiums would be ruduced to an amount of about R300 less then I was paying before the adjustment for the policy anniversary. To date each month I have not paid the reviewed amount only now this month to pay an increased amount from the agreed price in August 2019 has increased by a further about R460 when querying this Tintswalo who took the call was only interested to say that I must pay the increased premiums and follow her process, after insurance the team leader on the floor Basetsana took the call only to say that they will draw the records to see what was discussed. My query will take up to 72 hours to resolve but have taken my money without prior notification. In not documentation that I received does it state that the premiums give in August was subjected to review in October, not that I have ever paid the reviewed premiums. Very discouraged by the actions and will not recommend this company to anyone. I feel their practices are not ethical.
