Disappointing Service Providers DentTech and Oasis Towing
<p>I have been with Discovery Insure for about three years now and don't have a problem with them but their service providers suck! In February my car broke down on the Kliprivier Road offramp from the N12 in Joburg South - when I phoned for a tow they sent OASIS TOWING from BOKSBURG. Needless to say I waited over two hours for the tow truck to arrive. I accompanied my vehicle once it had been pulled onto the flatbed and within 2kms had been pulled over by the police and the towtruck was impounded for not being road-worthy - peeling retreaded tyres and no handbrake and leaking oil all over the place. Discovery did phone afterwards for me to "rate the service" but I never heard any follow-up. My probem</p>

I appreciate your help and as mentioned, DentTech did come back and explain the whole sorry saga regarding the scarcity of old model car parts etc. And hopefully with your intervention, Oasis will never leave another client sitting on the side of the road for hours and hours in the hot summer sunshine!
