Disappointing service provided by Discovery Insure

I needed assistance with toe truck service after a breakdown in an area that isn’t particularly not safe at night

The service consultant Willie Scholtz left me feeling quite frustrated after clearly answering all the questions I needed to for authorization of tow service and yet still wanting back and forth of providing and alternative number for the service providers driver after I clearly outlined that the name and number I gave him what what was given to me by the towing service, this coupled with me having low battery life really left me feeling disgruntled, more-over being told that I would need to pay for extra mileage when I was without a 25km radius to a safe location as per the comprehensive insurance agreement I pay every month without fail.
