Disappointing Service from Discovery Insure

I'm very disappointed with the claims process and service I'm receiving from Discovery. I have a 3rd Party claim with Discovery Insure that is outstanding from December 2023. I keep following up on the claim but getting nowhere with the claim resolution. I would not recommend anyone to take out an insurance with Discovery.
