Disappointing Service

I am disappointed with Discovery insure service. I have spent R60 airtime trying to get hold of their customer care. Worse you can’t request a call back if you are an existing client but you can when you want to take cover. I was puzzled by the fact that I need to pay for annual multiple point check of which I did a month ago in their selected service provider but they say they haven’t received that report. Very disappointing service from discovery
