Disappointing service

I took out a warranty with Discovery for those moments when you need help with my car. I havent claimed ever since i got the warranty only to claim now coz of a noise coming from my car. the whole process started off smoothly but here i sit without a car for 2 weeks. Discovery says one thing, M-sure another, Kia another and now my claim was closed when Discovery informed me they were informed by Kia all will be well once they fit the parts they were awaiting. Spoke to Kia today and they said they said no such thing. Im highly frustrated at this point and trying to get a hold of the warranty departemnt on the phone is near to impossible.
