Disappointing service

Hi , I just want to share my experience with discovery insure , I was with discovery insure for 5 years claim free , this year I was hit with 2 increases, mid year increase and annual anniversary increase, when I got the mid year increase I was told it was because of the kzn floods and I live in kzn, so I asked why did I get an increase cause I didn't claim , they said unfortunately it doesn't matter as long as you in kzn the increase will affect you, but the retention officer said at the annual anniversary time we will look into your premium, so I was hopeful it will come down , but unfortunately I received another annual increase and was told there's nothing they can do as the tool they use can't calculate any discount at the moment and maybe try again in a few months, just very disappointed clients like me claim free , get punished .
