disappointing service!

<p>My claim has been prolonging with discovery insure for a month now and every time I phone the investigator (Deon) and the claims department, they tell me the same thing that they are still waiting for the report from the assessor, with my knowledge that should be the first thing done and continuous follow ups should be done to retrieve that report asap to close the clients claim. I have asked to speak to the manager several times now and they keep telling me they are busy on the line at the moment but will leave a message for them to contact me but up till now, I've had no call from the manager! To top everything of, the investigator keeps telling me that he will only be able to present my claim on a Wednesday and no other day. </p> <p> </p> <p>With my other insurance, the claim have never taken this long, and once this claim is done I will be cancelling my insurance with discovery insure as there service on claims is really disappointing and pathetic.</p>
