DISAPPOINTING DISCOVERY INSURE

So we all know that Discovery insure advertises 50% on your fuel spend at BP. that is if you have the complete cover???? My medical aid is with Discovery so I took out my car insurance in July 2014 since then i received +- R 40 back on my account in fuel spend rewards. 3 DQ tracker unit changes later in December 2014, January 2015, February 2015 I receive an email stating that my fuel rewards are+- R 5.00. Call the call centre they say that there is an error in the system calculating my rewards. They can track my vehicle(Which I am unsure of) but it is not feeding the information correctly and they have allocated it to be reviewed. I am so sick and tired of calling all the time and getting the same response every time. Discovery is a big company and communication and the ability to resolve small issues should be simple so why cant they resolve this issue???? still waiting for feedback. <br> UNACCEPTABLE.
