Disappointing Discovery
I have been trying to get an answer from Discovery regarding my IFA account since December 2022. I had tyres fitted to my car at Tiger wheel and Tyre. After 2 hours of negotiating with telesales in the Discovery offices yesterday I get told that I must send another Email ( This will be the 3rd) which I did and a reply came back from Discovery saying that the email will be rep**** to within 5 hours. It is now 48 hours later and I am still waiting for a reply. I have been overcharged by R 16 673.24 and no one at Discovery seems to care.

04 Jul 2023, 12:14It is now the 4th July and I am still waiting for a reply from Discovery. The automated email stating a reply within 5 working hours is definitely false promises. This is really frustrating and taking up a lot of my time.
