Disappointing Discovery!

I had a car accident on the 28 February, submitted a claim and the car was written off. I submitted all the necessary documents but still today I waiting for the salvage team to collect the car. I have followed up with Shannon-Lee Gregorio, Mzwandike and Sheridan Luckay but no response. Currently I've no car I might have to take public transport at this critical time. What is taking the salvage team so long to collect the car and I can get my payout???!!! I'm not insuring my next car with Discovery!!!! CLAIM NO ***
