Disappointing delay and no feedback directly from Discovery

Poor service from A****aker Williams and Nelson Shikwambana at Discovery Insure, despite several emails (with no response) and phone calls we lost a full day in repairing the vehicle, even with the great service from our Discovery Prestige Financial Advisor, Dale Van Der Merwe, intervening and escalating the issue.
