Disappointing Claim Service

<p>im disappointed in Discovery. i was recently in an accident around 4/5 weeks ago and my claim still hasnt been approved. I have only managed to chat to the representative who is suppose to be handling my claim once. Numerous calls have been made and my claim is still with a senior assessor. my courtesy car is almost up and my car hasnt even been started on . I was looking at moving my household and other 3 cars to them but after this big hassel of getting one approval from them i doubt i will. very disappointing.</p>
