Disappointing app

Very disappointed in their App.. I recently took up car insurance with Discovery because im on their Medical aid. And because I like their Reward system.. Now i want to cancel this policy because I cannot access the app. Keeps on saying OTP is incorrect but its correct... Without the App i wont get rewards. What a waste.
