Disappointing

I honestly thought I'd have a more pleasant experience with discovery insurance but i have been left disappointed and frustrated. POOR communication regarding my claim has left me to actively seek out an update, with repetitive calls to the claims department. I was given a claims consultant that never bothered to call me once. I thought they'd be better and more empathetic from what people have told me about them, but i was left extremely disappointed.
