Disappointing

Extremely disappointed with Discoverys change in it approach to the driving less principle. Like all other major insurers Discovery was refunding clients 25% of their monthly premiums for driving less. However this month I enquired with Discovery as to why I had not received my premium discount to which I received a response stating that if you now drive your car , you are not entitled to this discount anymore. Does this mean if I drive 5km to shops and back I am no longer entitled to the discount.

This change in their approach was not even communicated to me.

Absolutely disappointed in them especially seeing adverts from their competitors stating that you will receive 20 % discount for driving less. Absolutely no concern for its clients and lacks client centricity.

Your competitors are showing are valuable their clients are to them and actually have their best interests at heart.

Cannot say the same about Discovery Insure!
